Lar Polus Appointed Guildmaster of the Sanitation Guild

The Imperial heralds announce the appointment of Lord Lar Polus to the position of Guildmaster of the Sanitation Guild. Lord Polus is charged with preventing further damage from the Kobold threat by disallowing them access to the city's sewer system.
